Auburn arrest report: Shoplifting, habitual traffic offender, 2 DUIs

June 27 Kelsey Elizabeth James, 30, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit in the 100 block of Highway 49. June 26 Tanya Rene Johnson, 49, was arrested at 8:13 a.m. on suspicion of battery on a custodial officer, possession of drugs in a jail facility, public intoxication and a misdemeanor warrant in the 500 block of High Street. June 25 Ignacio Esquivel, 58, was arrested at 7:12 p.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest and public intoxication in the 1200 block of Lincoln Way. Andrew Jordan Davis, 30, was arrested at 2:03 p.m. on suspicion of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger and a felony warrant in the area of Blocker Drive and Nevada Street. June 24 Evan Quintero, 32, was arrested at 5:18 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession in the area of Auburn Folsom and Fairgate roads. June 23 Sergio Vega, 24, was arrested at 7:17 p.m. on suspicion of driving or taking a vehicle without consent, evading an officer with wanton disregard for safety and resisting arrest in the 800 block of Marguerite Mine Road. June 21 Christopher Blaine Rhodes, 65, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on suspicion of shoplifting in the 1200 block of Lincoln Way. John Michael Robbins Jr., 34, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on suspicion of probation violation and trespassing in the 1500 block of High Street. June 20 Lewis Edwin Welch, 68, was arrested at 2:24 p.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest in the 400 block of Highway 49. June 19 Dimitry Malishuk, 26, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence in the 0 block of College Way. June 17 Andrew James Matthew Marlotty, 25, was arrested at 2:38 p.m. on suspicion of being a habitual traffic offender and three misdemeanor warrants in the area of Agnes and Reamer streets. June 16 James Robert Vanhorn, 47, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant in the area of Interstate 80 and Nevada Street.
