June 30 A 46-year-old male was taken into custody at 4:30 p.m. on suspicion of petty theft with two or more priors, conspiracy to commitment crime, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, narcotic controlled substance and controlled substance on Darragh Court. A 39-year-old female was taken into custody at 4:30 p.m. on suspicion of petty theft with two or more priors, conspiracy to commit crime and possession of unlawful paraphernalia on Darragh Court. A 50-year-old male was arrested at 3:10 a.m. on suspicion of possession of counterfeit check on Industrial Avenue and Athens Drive. June 28 A 65-year-old male was arrested at 4:14 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence on the 1100 block of Somersworth Lane. A 26-year-old male was arrested at 3:18 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence on 3rd Street and P Street. June 27 A 41-year-old female was summoned at 10:30 p.m. on suspicion of battery on person on the 2900 block of Orange Grove Terrace. A 47-year-old female was summoned at 10:30 p.m. on suspicion of battery on person on the 2900 block of Orange Grove Terrace. A 34-year-old female was taken into custody at 10:30 p.m. on suspicion of battery on person on the 2900 block of Orange Grove Terrace. A 43-year-old male was summoned at 9:30 p.m. on suspicion of driving while license suspended for driving under the influence charge and no proof of insurance on Industrial Avenue. A 32-year-old female was arrested at 10:33 a.m. on suspicion of property arson, impersonation, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, disorderly conduct involving intoxicated drug with alcohol and outstanding misdemeanor warrant on the 2220 block of Fieldstone Drive. A 46-year-old male was taken into custody at 6:53 a.m. on suspicion of battery against spouse on the 1400 block of Larkflower Way. June 26 A 26-year-old female was taken into custody at 7:33 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence on the 400 block of A Street. A 45-year-old female was arrested at 9:49 a.m. on suspicion of driving while license is suspended for a previous driving under the influence charge and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on the 0 block of Lincoln Boulevard.
