July 3 Raymond Douglas Meyers, 45, was booked at 12:03 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a zip gun and possession of a controlled substance. Jeremiah William Navratil, 37, was booked at 4:11 p.m. on suspicion of violation of post-release community supervision. Celia Joanna Morales, 32, was arrested at 8:57 a.m. on suspicion of grand theft in Yolo County. Michael Joe Holder, 51, was arrested at 10:37 a.m. on suspicion of failure to appear on a felony charge and possession of a controlled substance in the Interstate 80 and Bell Road area of Auburn. July 2 Aimee Lea Strouse, 35, was booked at 10:21 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession, grand theft, giving false identification to an officer and driving with a license suspended for DUI. David Brandlein, 58, was booked at 1:38 a.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest. Joshua Devon Herrera, 35, was booked at 11:45 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence, grand theft and child endangerment. Shariffe Melvin Bradford Vaughn, 41, was arrested at 5 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. June 30 William Matthias Mills, 41, was arrested at 9:28 p.m. on suspicion of a fugitive-from-justice warrant in the Carnelian Woods Avenue area of Carnelian Bay.
