A 51-year-old female was booked at 2:26 p.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest and giving false identification to an officer. A 43-year-old male was booked at 1:36 p.m. on suspicion of kidnapping. A 52-year-old male was booked at 4:54 p.m. on suspicion of sodomy. A 34-year-old male was booked at 5:13 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, possession of a controlled substance and committing a felony while on bail or own recognizance. July 9 A 52-year-old male was arrested at 7 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for identity theft in Sacramento. A 40-year-old male was arrested at 7:01 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for possession of a controlled substance in Sacramento. A 55-year-old male was arrested at 7:02 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for conspiracy and a misdemeanor bench warrant for shoplifting in Sacramento. A 31-year-old male was arrested at 7:02 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for violation of post-release community supervision in Sacramento. A 38-year-old male was arrested at 1:47 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession in the 100 block of Winder Road in Colfax. A 59-year-old male was booked at 2:17 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication. A 43-year-old male was booked at 3:14 p.m. on suspicion of paraphernalia possession and possession of a controlled substance. A 28-year-old male was arrested at 5:27 p.m. on suspicion of petty theft and possession of a controlled substance in the area of Willow Creek Drive and Plaza Way in Auburn. A 36-year-old male was arrested at 2:44 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and possession of a controlled substance in the 1800 block of Auburn Ravine Road in Auburn. A 48-year-old male was booked at 1:27 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence. A 60-year-old male was booked at 10:03 p.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest, paraphernalia possession and violation of post-release community supervision. A 44-year-old male was booked at 12:43 p.m. on suspicion of vandalism. July 8 A 40-year-old male was booked at 4:03 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession, possession of burglary tools and transport or sale of a controlled substance. A 26-year-old male was arrested at 9:13 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and shoplifting in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove. A 47-year-old male was booked at 2:48 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence with prior convictions. A 44-year-old male was booked at 2:30 p.m. on suspicion of transport or sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and paraphernalia possession. A 69-year-old male was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on suspicion of driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. A 37-year-old female was booked at 11 a.m. on suspicion of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, paraphernalia possession and probation violation. A 39-year-old male was arrested at 8:50 a.m. on suspicion of petty theft with two or more prior convictions and identity theft in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. A 29-year-old male was booked at 11:02 p.m. on suspicion of indecent exposure. A 31-year-old male was arrested at 6:59 a.m. on suspicion of organized retail theft in San Joaquin County. A 29-year-old male was booked at 8:56 a.m. on suspicion of evading a peace office, resisting arrest, giving false identification to an officer, misappropriation of property, identity theft, theft of credit card information, fraudulent use of a credit card and a fugitive-from-justice warrant.
