Quarry Park Adventures offers discount to Hometown Heroes

Quarry Park Adventures is observing Hometown Heroes Month with a 20-percent off discount for educators, police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel and active duty, reserve and veteran military members. The discount is on Gold and Granite Quarry Adventures tickets. Abby Burt, owner and CMO of Applied Adventure Consulting, which manages the business, said they just want to give back to the hometown heroes in the area. "We are deeply grateful for the courage and dedication of our community heroes," she said. "This July, we want to give back by providing a fun, memorable outdoor experience where they can unwind and enjoy quality outdoor experiences with their families. It's our small way of saying thank you for all they do." Hometown heroes can use the promotion by visiting www.quarrypark.com, entering the promo code HERO2025 during checkout and bringing a valid ID to verify you are a hometown hero at check-in. All tickets purchased in the order will have the discount, not just the heroes. The park is open early to avoid the summer heat. Their hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. "It is a hotter part of the year, so we are open starting at 8:30 in the morning, and we're finding that people are really enjoying coming out in those earlier morning hours, beating the heat," Burt shared.
