A 52-year-old woman from Citrus Heights was contacted at Greenback Lane/Filbert Ave. during a traffic stop and arrested for an outstanding warrant. She was booked at Sacramento County Jail. Vehicle burglary, 100 block Big Springs Dr. Unknown suspect(s) entered unlocked vehicle and stole paddle board, gym equipment, cash and work supplies. Petty theft, 100 block John Henry Cr. On July 11, unknown suspect(s) stole license plate from vehicle. July 16 A 35-year-old man from Rancho Cordova was contacted in the 200 block of Blue Ravine Road and arrested for public intoxication. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Vandalism, 1000 block E Bidwell St. An unknown suspect(s) used a key to vandalize a vehicle. July 15 A 29-year-old man from Folsom was contacted at Willard Dr./Iron Point Road during a traffic stop and arrested for driving under the influence. He was booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 50-year-old man from Placerville was contacted in the 1800 block of Prairie City Road and arrested for repeat theft or shoplifting charges and shoplifting. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Forgery/Fraud, 3500 block Deer Park Dr. Unknown suspect(s) posed as a bank employee and convinced victim to send $8,000 via Zelle. July 14 A 48-year-old woman from Folsom was contacted in the 100 block of Paine Ct. and arrested for corporal injury to a spouse or co-habitant. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 50-year-old man from Sacramento was contacted during a traffic stop at Willard Dr./Iron Point Road and issued a citation for outstanding warrant. A 39-year-old man from Rancho Cordova was contacted at Sibley St./Glenn Dr. and arrested for repeat theft/shoplifting offenses, theft, possession of drug paraphernalia. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Battery, Folsom Lake Crossing/Folsom Auburn Road. Unknown suspect exited the vehicle and pepper sprayed another driver. July 13 A 55-year-old man from Folsom was contacted following a short pursuit at Glenn Dr./Vierra Cr. and arrested for driving under the influence, evading a police officer, obstructing a peace officer. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Grand theft, 2400 block Iron Point Road. Three unknown suspects approached the victim and asked for directions. One suspect hugged the victim during the interaction. The victim later noticed their ring had been replaced by another ring. Residential burglary, 200 block American River Canyon Dr. Unknown suspect(s) smashed rear glass door to residence. Unknown what was stolen at time of report. A 57-year-old Folsom man was contacted in the 300 block of E. Bidwell St. and arrested for possessing drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant. A 57-year-old Orangevale man was contacted in the 9400 block of Madison Ave. and issued a citation for outstanding warrant. July 12 A 47-year-old woman from Sacramento was contacted during a traffic stop at Greenback Lane/Folsom Auburn Road and arrested for an outstanding warrant. She was booked at Placer County Jail. Vehicle burglary, 800 block E Bidwell St. Unknown suspect(s) broke vehicle window and stole purse. Credit cards were later fraudulently used. Petty theft, 1200 block Riley St. An unknown suspect stole a mountain bike. July 10 A 36-year-old woman from Auburn was contacted in the 2600 block of E. Bidwell St. and issued a citation for outstanding warrant. A 37-year-old man from Carmichael was contacted in the 600 block of E. Bidwell St. and issued a citation for an outstanding warrant. Shoplifting, 13000 block Folsom Blvd. An unknown suspect stole $400 worth of shoes from the store. Forgery/Fraud, 2000 block Branding Iron Dr. An unknown suspect(s) gained access to a bank account, created a new login, ordered a new debit card and withdrew money. Shoplifting, 13000 block Folsom Blvd. Unknown suspect stole $840 worth of shoes from a store. Grand theft, 700 block Canyon Terrace. Sometime overnight, unknown suspect(s) stole three wheels and tires from a Toyota Corolla. Grand theft, 1000 block Folsom Ranch Dr. Sometime overnight, unknown suspect(s) stole all four wheels and tires from a Toyota Corolla. A 36-year-old Folsom man was contacted in the 2700 block of E. Bidwell St. and issued a citation for possessing drug paraphernalia. July 9 A 31-year-old man from Citrus Heights was contacted in the 9500 block of Greenback Lane during a traffic stop and issued a citation for illegally possessing a firearm and illegal possession of fireworks. A 41-year-old man from Rancho Cordova and a 46-year-old woman from Sacramento were contacted in the 1000 block of Riley St. The woman was issued a citation for drug possession and possessing drug paraphernalia. The man was issued a citation for shoplifting. A 33-year-old man from Orangevale was contacted in the 400 block of Blue Ravine Road and issued a citation for an outstanding warrant. A 30-year-old woman from Elk Grove was contacted in the 1300 block of Canyon Terrace Lane and arrested for corporal injury to a spouse/co-habitant. Assist other department, Green Valley Road/Cummings Road. Folsom Police Department deployed spike strips and assisted El Dorado County Sheriff in detaining suspect. A 45-year-old man from Sacramento was contacted in the 13000 block of Folsom Blvd. and arrested for working with others to commit crime, resisting peace officer, controlled substance possession, methamphetamine possession and outstanding warrant.
