Information is public record, furnished by the Folsom Police Department. Aug. 3 A 68-year-old woman from Sacramento was contacted in the 70 block of Scholar Way and issued a citation for vandalism. A 59-year-old man from Fair Oaks was contacted at Madison Ave./Greenback Lane after a traffic collision and arrested for driving under the influence. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 44-year-old man from Folsom was contacted during a traffic stop at Folsom Lake Crossing/Folsom Dam and arrested for "joyriding"; booked at Sacramento County jail. A 44-year-old man from Rancho Cordova was contacted during a traffic stop at E. Bidwell St./Glenn Dr. and arrested for driving under the influence. He was booked at Sacramento County Jail. Aug. 2 Stolen vehicle, 100 block S Lexington Dr. Unknown suspect(s) stole an unlocked Hyundai Santa Fe. A 29-year-old woman from Sacramento was contacted during a traffic stop at Greenback Lane/Chestnut Ave. and arrested for outstanding warrant. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 20-year-old man from Placerville was contacted during a traffic stop in the 500 block of E. Bidwell St. and issued a citation for an outstanding warrant. A 37-year-old woman from Applegate was contacted following a traffic collision at Iron Point Road/Dry Creek Road and issued a citation for driving under the influence. Overdose, 1800 block Cavitt Dr. Suspected fentanyl overdose at location. Narcan was administered successfully to two subjects. Both subjects were transported to hospital. A 52-year-old man from Folsom was contacted in the 600 block of E. Bidwell St. and arrested for public intoxication. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 47-year-old woman from Folsom was contacted in the 400 block of Palladio Parkway and issued a citation for shoplifting. A 38-year-old man from Canada was contacted in the 700 block of Gold Lake Dr. and arrested for domestic violence. A 23-year-old woman from Folsom was contacted in the 700 block of E. Bidwell St. and issued a citation for shoplifting. A 33-year-old woman from Woodland, a 30-year-old woman from Sacramento and a 68-year-old man from Sacramento were contacted in the 700 block of E. Bidwell St. The two women were arrested for organized retail theft, criminal conspiracy and resisting arrest. The man was arrested for organized retail theft and criminal conspiracy. All were booked into the Sacramento County Jail. A 27-year-old man from Fair Oaks was contacted at Folsom-Auburn Road/Greenback Lane and issued a citation for driving under the influence. Aug. 1 Grand theft, 1000 block Riley St. Unknown suspect(s) stole bicycle. Residential burglary, 200 block Rugosa Dr. Unknown suspect(s) entered an open garage and stole a bicycle. A 32-year-old man from Sacramento was contacted in the 2300 block of E. Bidwell St. and arrested for outstanding warrant. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Commercial burglary, 700 block Sutter St. An unknown suspect broke the glass door to gain entry and then stole multiple items. July 31 Shoplifting, 1000 block E Bidwell St. Two unknown suspects stole clothing from a store and fled. A 53-year-old man from Placerville was contacted in the 1000 block of Riley St. and arrested for felony shoplifting. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 25-year-old man from Fresno was contacted in the 100 block of Iron Point Road and issued a citation for shoplifting. A 54-year-old woman from Carmichael was contacted during a traffic stop in the 200 block of Parkshore Drive and arrested for an outstanding warrant. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 35-year-old woman from Orangevale was contacted in the 9300 block of Greenback Lane and arrested for drug possession, possessing drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant. A 49-year-old woman from Folsom was contacted in the 100 block of Stroup Lane and arrested for domestic battery. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 52-year-old man from Fair Oaks was contacted at Folsom Blvd./Natoma St. and arrested for possessing drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Unknown suspect stole six bottles of alcohol from a store. A 60-year-old man from Sacramento was contacted in the 800 block of Willow Bridge Dr. and issued a citation for battery. A 38-year-old man from Folsom was contacted at Glen Dr./Sibley St. and issued a citation for drug possession and possessing drug paraphernalia. A 67-year-old man from Folsom was contacted at Parkshore Dr./Folsom Blvd. and arrested for an outstanding warrant. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Forgery/Fraud, 500 block Lefevre Dr. Unknown suspect(s) fraudulently obtained funds through an online gold trading platform and demanded additional funds in order for the victim to access funds they invested. Residential burglary, 100 block Lembi Dr. Unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle and used a garage door opener to gain access to the garage and stole power tools and miscellaneous items.
