Gary Tattics

It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our Beloved Gary Tattics on June 24, 2025, at the age of 77, Reno, Nevada. Gary was a Loving Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, Cousin and Friend to many.&emsp;&emsp; He is survived by his Sister, Holly Tattics La San, Daughter, Tamie Tattics, Granddaughter, Alexia Pena, and is preceded in death by his Mother and Father, Sylvia and Steve Tattics, his Brother, Randy Tattics, and Sister Pamela Tattics Benoit.&emsp;&emsp; Gary was best known for his excellent athletic skills as a baseball pitcher. Many of his friends played alongside him during his high school years. As told by many, he was humble about his athletic abilities always crediting the other players on the team. He was a devoted dog lover and always owned one or more of his four legged friends. He would talk to them in his silly doggy voice that made anyone smile or chuckle that heard him. He was born in Auburn, California, grew up in Rocklin, California then moved to Reno, Nevada not long after graduating from Roseville High School in 1966. There he ran his own oil/gas distributing business before working for KMart in management at the Reno Distribution Center for many years. Gary, you will be forever in our hearts.
