High school disc golfers to compete for scholarships at Northern California championship

High school disc golf players from across Northern California will converge on Roseville on Sept. 27 for the region's inaugural scholastic championship, where top performers can earn limited one-year scholarships from tournament sponsor Innova Disc Golf. The Northern California High School Disc Golf Championship features separate varsity divisions for boys and girls, with entry fees set at $40 per player. The tournament follows a singles format with two rounds of play and includes lunch for all participants during a scheduled one-hour break between rounds. Innova Disc Golf, a leading manufacturer of equipment, is sponsoring the event and providing scholarship opportunities for the top finishers in each varsity division.
