Folsom police log: Robbery at gunpoint, face punch, counterfeit money

Bidwell St. and arrested for an outstanding warrant. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Petty theft, 1000 block Mallard Ct. Unknown suspect(s) stole a license plate from a vehicle. Grand theft, 13000 block Folsom Blvd. Two unknown suspects stole $1,535 worth of merchandise from the store. A 34-year-old man from Orangevale was contacted following a traffic collision and arrested for driving under the influence. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Forgery/Fraud, 200 block Blue Ravine Road. Unknown suspect(s) pretended to be an employee and requested the victim change their direct deposit information and deposit money in their account. Estimated loss $346. Sept. 14 Residential burglary, 300 block Willow Creek Dr. Some time in the past three weeks, an unknown suspect(s) entered a garage and stole an e-bike. Petty theft, 1000 block Riley St. Unknown suspect(s) stole bicycle. Petty theft, 1000 block Riley St. Unknown suspect(s) stole wallet from locker. Credit cards were later fraudulently used. Forgery/Fraud, 1800 block Cavitt Dr. Unknown suspect used five counterfeit $100 bills to purchase items and later return items. A 39-year-old woman from Folsom was contacted in the 800 block of Wales Drive and issued a citation for an outstanding warrant. A 38-year-old man from Citrus Heights was contacted during a traffic stop on Folsom Blvd./Parkshore Drive and arrested for driving under the influence. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Vehicle burglary, 6600 block Folsom-Auburn Road. Unknown suspect(s) smashed a vehicle window and stole a backpack valued at more than $3,700. Sept. 13 A 29-year-old man from Cameron Park was contacted in the area of Hazel Ave./Madison Ave. following a traffic pursuit. Arrested for reckless evading of a police officer, carrying a switchblade, driving under the influence, driving with a restricted license due to previous DUI. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 49-year-old man from Folsom was contacted at Natoma St./Riley St. and arrested for an outstanding warrant. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 43-year-old woman from Sacramento was contacted during a traffic stop at Folsom Blvd./Hazel Ave. and issued a citation for possessing drug paraphernalia, possessing methamphetamine and an outstanding warrant. A 39-year-old man from El Dorado Hills and a 43-year-old woman from Rancho Cordova were contacted in the 400 block of Palladio Parkway. Both were issued a citation for theft. A 46-year-old man from Folsom was contacted during a traffic stop in the 1000 block of E. Bidwell St. and arrested for felonious possession of hard drugs after previous convictions, and driving with suspended license due to previous DUI convictions. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Petty theft, 300 block Palladio Parkway. Unknown suspect(s) stole an electric bicycle. A 41-year-old woman from Folsom was contacted in the 100 block of Iron Point Road and arrested for providing false ID to a police officer, and an outstanding warrant. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 55-year-old woman from Rancho Cordova was contacted during a traffic stop in the 200 block of Blue Ravine Road and issued a citation for an outstanding warrant. A 54-year-old man from Davis was contacted in the area of Sibley St./Natoma St. during a traffic stop and arrested for an outstanding warrant. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Sept. 12 An unknown suspect followed the victim home and punched them in the face in the area of Battery Porter Road/Shady Creek Dr. A 59-year-old Carmichael man was contacted following a traffic collision at Greenback Lane/Folsom Blvd. and arrested for driving under the influence. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 42-year-old Orangevale man was contacted in the 100 block of Iron Point Road and arrested for using violence or threats to resist an officer, battery against police officer and being drunk in public. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 34-year-old man from Folsom was contacted in the 200 block of Natoma Station Dr. and arrested for domestic battery. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 33-year-old man from Rancho Cordova was contacted in the 1000 block of Riley St. and arrested for possessing hard drugs after previous drug-related offenses, possession of controlled substance, possession of burglary tools and shoplifting. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Sept. 11 Robbery, 400 block Palladio Parkway. Unknown suspect(s) robbed victim at gunpoint, stealing their personal property. Sept. 10 Residential burglary, 800 block Blossom Rock Lane. An unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked door and stole $660 in cash. A 57-year-old man from Pollock Pines and a 45-year-old man from Sacramento were contacted during a traffic stop in the 2500 block of Iron Point Road. The 57-year-old was arrested for transporting a controlled substance, filing a false document and buying or receiving a stolen vehicle. He was booked at Sacramento County Jail. The 45-year-old was issued a citation for possessing drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine. A 31-year-old man from Folsom was contacted in the 1000 block of E. Bidwell St. and arrested for outstanding warrants. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 45-year-old Folsom man was contacted in the 1300 block of Bundrick Dr. and arrested for an outstanding warrant. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. A 33-year-old man from Rancho Cordova was contacted during a traffic stop at Folsom Blvd./Blue Ravine Road and arrested for failing to register as a sex offender.
