Registration open for Folsom indoor soccer winter league

Registration is now open for the indoor youth soccer season at the Andy Morin Sports Complex in Folsom. Team registrations are now being accepted for boys and girls divisions in age groups U8, U10, U12, U14 and U17, staff said. Divisions include recreational, academy/competitive and open. Each team is guaranteed six games with possible playoffs to determine division champions. Games kick off the week of Nov. 18. Priority registration for resident teams, which must have 60-percent Folsom players, is open. Registration for non-resident teams begins Oct. 17, and all registration closes Saturday, Nov. 1, at 5 p.m., city officials said. Registration team packets are available online. Packets must be completed in full, including required signatures. Teams must register at the Andy Morin Sports Complex, 66 Clarksville Road, staff said.
