Lincoln police log: Intent to defraud, drug possession

Sept. 23 A 38-year-old female was summoned at 9:45 a.m. on suspicion of driving while license suspended for DUI. A 42-year-old male was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on suspicion of possession of personal identification information with intent to defraud, impersonation, possession of controlled substance and an outstanding felony warrant. Sept. 21 A 62-year-old male was summoned at 10:22 p.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. A 41-year-old male was arrested at 9:05 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of narcotic controlled substance. A 32-year-old male was taken into custody at 12:23 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of controlled substance. Sept. 20 A 38-year-old male was arrested at 10 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and hit and run involving property damage. A 33-year-old male was arrested at 4:20 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, and possession of unlawful paraphernalia and controlled substance. Sept. 19 A 27-year-old male was arrested at 11:33 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence. A 32-year-old female was arrested at 10:52 p.m. on suspicion of possession of controlled substance with two or more prior convictions. A 44-year-old male was summoned at 9:52 p.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. A 43-year-old female was summoned at 12:20 a.m. on suspicion of possession of controlled substance with two or more priors and unlawful paraphernalia and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. A 55-year-old female was summoned at 12:14 a.m. on suspicion of possession of unlawful paraphernalia and controlled substance. Sept. 16 A 55-year-old male was arrested at 10:28 a.m. on suspicion of resisting peace officer and trespassing property.
