Auburn arrest report: Commercial vehicle DUI, shoplifting, criminal threats

Oct. 6 A 58-year-old female was arrested at 6:28 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession in the 11500 block of Garnet Way. A 59-year-old male was arrested at 6:15 a.m. on suspicion of probation violation and shoplifting in the 11500 block of Garnet Way. Oct. 5 A 29-year-old male was arrested at 6:46 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit, commercial vehicle DUI, carrying a concealed firearm and not being the registered owner and reckless evading in the area of Interstate 80 and Penryn Road. Oct. 3 A 36-year-old male was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and child endangerment at the Bowman Road Park & Ride. Sept. 29 A 73-year-old female was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery and domestic violence in the 200 block of Hoffman Avenue. Sept. 28 A 64-year-old male was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on suspicion of parole violation in the 100 block of Lewis Street. Sept. 26 A 45-year-old female was arrested at 11:34 p.m. on suspicion of no proof of insurance, having a broken headlight and a misdemeanor warrant in the area of Persimmon Terrace and Highway 49. A 35-year-old male was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on suspicion of parole violation in the 500 block of Auburn Ravine Road. Sept. 24 A 54-year-old male was arrested at 5:36 p.m. on suspicion of criminal threats in the 100 block of Rancho Circle. Sept. 23 A 38-year-old male was arrested at 4:19 p.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest, violation of post-release community supervision and shoplifting in the 12800 block of Appian Way. Sept. 16 A 25-year-old male was arrested at 10:55 p.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest and a misdemeanor warrant in the 300 block of Elm Avenue.
