Dec. 3 A 23-year-old male was arrested at 7:49 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol in Nevada County. A 41-year-old male was arrested at 1:53 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance in the area of Sunset Boulevard and South Loop Road in Rocklin. A 41-year-old male was booked at 3:53 p.m. on suspicion of violation of post-release community supervision and a felony warrant for elder theft. A 50-year-old male was arrested at 1:13 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 8500 block of Auburn Folsom Road in Granite Bay. A 41-year-old male was arrested at 1:53 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the area of Sunset Boulevard and South Loop Road in Rocklin. A 44-year-old male was arrested at 9:42 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 900 block of W Matthews Road in French Camp. Dec. 2 A 34-year-old female was booked at 12:21 a.m. on suspicion of domestic battery. A 36-year-old female was booked at 1:26 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, paraphernalia possession and probation violation. A 21-year-old male was booked at 12:05 p.m. on suspicion of grand theft of a firearm. A 39-year-old female was booked at 1:05 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit. A 40-year-old female was arrested at 8:57 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for being a felon in possession of ammunition in El Dorado County. A 27-year-old male was booked at 1:15 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol. A 29-year-old male was arrested at 8:58 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance for sale and a felony warrant for possession of meth for sale in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. A 28-year-old male was booked at 3:36 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for lewd and lascivious act with a child 14 or 15 years of age. A 29-year-old male was arrested at 9:05 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for domestic violence and a misdemeanor warrant for domestic battery in the 1200 block of M Street in Fresno. A 52-year-old male was arrested at 2 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for paraphernalia possession in the area of PFE and Del roads in Roseville. A 38-year-old male was booked at 4:43 p.m. on suspicion of criminal threats, battery, driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and public intoxication. A 39-year-old male was booked at 5:07 p.m. on suspicion of probation violation. A 32-year-old male was arrested at 3:12 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2800 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. A 45-year-old female was arrested at 3:58 a.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants in the 600 blocks of National Avenue in Tahoe Vista. A 67-year-old male was booked at 11:19 a.m. on suspicion of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger and violation of post-release community supervision. A 57-year-old male was booked at 1:48 p.m. on suspicion of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and indecent exposure. A 38-year-old male was arrested at 8:43 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for violating a court order and a misdemeanor warrant for domestic battery in the 700 block of S. Abel Street in Milpitas. A 40-year-old female was booked at 7:57 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, transport of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession.
