Dec. 18 Peighton Lee Linarez, 25, was booked at 1:34 a.m. on suspicion of giving false identification to an officer, a misdemeanor warrant for vandalism and a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol. Eric Moore, 39, was booked at 11:42 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and violating post-release community supervision. Elizabeth Nicole Lueras, 29, was arrested at 7:03 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for grand theft and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Dillon Cody Brott, 31, was arrested at 7:04 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for elder abuse in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Marco Charles Yokum, 47, was arrested at 7:05 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a child in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Ryan Matthew Clauson, 48, was arrested at 7:05 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for identity theft and a felony warrant for preparing false evidence in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove. Timothy Michael Dakin, 63, was booked at 4:51 p.m. on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender, failing to register change of address as a sex offender, driving with a license suspended for DUI and failing to register as a sex offender with a prior felony conviction. Michael Spingola, 37, was arrested at 7:09 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for post-release community supervision in the 2200 block of Napa Vallejo Highway in Napa. Nicole Rochelle Harris, 39, was arrested at 8:55 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for possession of counterfeit items in the 500 block of Union Avenue in Fairfield. Jesse Robert Hanson, 35, was arrested at 4:11 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for failing to register as transient as a sex offender in the 700 block of Scofield Avenue in Wasco. Viktor Yantsevich, 36, was arrested at 8:14 p.m. on suspicion of two outside misdemeanor warrants in the 500 block of S Auburn Street in Colfax. Kenneth Eugene Redick, 34, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Peter Youngil Kang, 54, was arrested at 9:38 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Teresa Marie Walker, 61, was arrested at 9:24 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for criminal threats in the 2900 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Shoua Yang, 39, was arrested at 9:06 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor Tuolumne County warrant for giving false identification to an officer in El Dorado County. Austin Frank Benjamin, 29, was arrested at 4:08 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving with a suspended license and two misdemeanor Sacramento County warrants for possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions in the area of Dyer Lane and Tan Woods Road in Roseville. Andrew Martin Zamora, 36, was booked at 9 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication, paraphernalia possession and resisting arrest.
