Josue Jaime, 23, was booked at 6:51 p.m. on suspicion of trespassing, disobeying a court order and resisting arrest. Robert Brian Carter, 41, was arrested at 8:36 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 2100 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Dec. 22 Ronald Raymond Letourneau, 64, was booked on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender. Willians Robledo, 27, was booked at 10:48 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Joseph Alexander Stalick, 37, was booked at 12:02 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence. Rodrigo Cruz Jimenez, 39, was booked at 12:46 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit. Matthew Stephen Walker, 37, was arrested at 8:22 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance for sale and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. James R. Montagne, 55, was arrested at 12:56 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm in the 100 block of Tony Diaz Way in Woodland. Davis Gregory Morganfoglia, 28, was arrested at 8:29 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for violation of post-release community supervision in Nevada County. Joshua Sands Anielski, 52, was booked at 2:57 p.m. on suspicion of driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit. Jory Gregory Papke, 32, was booked at 7:18 p.m. on suspicion of violation of post-release community supervision, a misdemeanor Tuolumne County warrant for driving under the influence of drugs and a felony Stanislaus County warrant for burglary.
