Dec. 28 Whitney Gamboa Ross, 36, was booked at 5:37 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale and possession of meth for sale. Mark J. Nisbet, 43, was arrested at 2:49 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for petty theft, a misdemeanor warrant for public nuisance and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance in the 2300 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Dec. 27 Gonzalo Tejada, 64, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Joseph Wesley Huntzinger, 41, was booked at 1:08 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, possession of a switchblade in a vehicle and unlawful possession of tear gas. Luke Andrew Bowles, 46, was booked at 3:48 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence, resisting arrest, assault with a deadly weapon and probation violation. Chance Whitlock Azevedo, 27, was booked at 12:24 p.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. David Andrew Wright, 47, was booked at 12:25 p.m. on suspicion of vandalism. Paige Caroline Shelley Connor, 23, was booked at 1:03 p.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Michael Anthony Osanu, 25, was arrested at 4:31 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor warrant for driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI refusal or high blood-alcohol level and a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 6000 block of Barton Road in Loomis. Nancy Lorraine Kinyone, 40, was booked at 10:06 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession. Eshaya Gilbert Eshaya, 61, was arrested at 10 p.m. on suspicion of four outside felony warrants and an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Marcus A. Molina, 40, was arrested at 5:58 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Dec. 26 Patrick Yurie Ray, 53, was booked at 12:15 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and possession of a controlled substance. Amy Kathleen Ornelas, 50, was booked at 9:31 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, trespassing, resisting arrest and probation violation. Jeffrey Chandler Jacobs, 35, was arrested at 6:58 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol in Sacramento. Sergey Aleksandr Perepelitsin, 30, was booked at 3:36 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery. River Daniel Baumann, 25, was arrested at 10:31 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 700 block of Big John Ridge Road in Weimar. Randy Scott Hartwell, 47, was arrested at 10 p.m. on suspicion of three outside felony warrants in the 4200 block of Sierra College Boulevard in Rocklin. Dec. 24 Nicholas Christopher Lopez, 47, was arrested at 8:25 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville.
