Bridget Powers gets job done

I have known Bridget Powers for many years and I have never met such an ambitious woman so committed to her causes and projects.Bridget gets the job done. Whether she is running a marathon, hiking the Grand Canyon, raising money for charity or fulfilling her duties as mayor of Auburn, you can always count on her. Over the years she has been involved in The Boys & Girls Club, Seniors First, Rotary, Auburn Endurance, Auburn Arts, Auburn Police Department Parking Enforcement and many other volunteer positions too numerous to list. She is selfless.Bridget was key in the completion and planning of Phase 1 of our Streetscape, working toward the connection of Old Town and Downtown. She would like to be involved and complete Phase 2, and I, for one, would like to see that happen.She was also crucial in the establishment of the Airport Business Park Association that has already attracted more businesses and approved a part-time airport manager.We need Bridget Powers.
