Christine Walker and Peter Hollingshead

Christine Walker and Peter Hollingshead were married Jan. 21 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.The bride is a Lincoln native and the daughter of Harry and Patricia Wollery, longtime Lincoln residents. Walker graduated from Lincoln High School and the University of Nevada, Reno. The groom was born in the Bay Area and spent his school years in Saratoga, Calif. graduating from U.C. Berkeley. He is founder of Pacific Capital Investments in Roseville with real estate holdings in Arizona, California, Nevada and Oregon. Guests included the groom's parents, Richard and Donna Hollingshead, from Santa Barbara and his Aunt and Uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Reed from New Jersey.The four-day occasion began with a cocktail party at and continued the following day with golfing, whale watching, snorkeling and deep sea fishing on private yachts. The rehearsal dinner was held at the Esperanza Resort in the couple's villa that overlooked the ocean with breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. The couple was married at Esperanza Resort. They exchanged their vows during a sunset ceremony on the beach with 60 guests in attendance.The bridal party included Stacie Lopez of Orangevale, Shannon Mackey of Newcastle and Christine's niece, Sarah Thomas of Marysville. The bride's nephews, Brad and Brain Thomas also of Marysville, escorted her mother down the isle. The groom's brother Reed of Boise, Idaho, was the best man and the groomsmen were Michael Sullivan of Granite Bay and Jim Williams of Thousand Oaks. Donner Wymer (Spitzer), a Lincoln native, attended with her husband Scot and children, Samantha as the flower girl and Rylan as the ring bearer.The couple honeymooned in Africa - Kenya and Tanzania, as well as the Island of Mahe, in the Seychelles, with the final destination of London. Peter and Christine will make their home in the Winchester Country Club in Meadow Vista, California.
