Captain & Diva will provide dance music. n New Song Christian Church will hold their second annual Community Festival of Fun Sunday at noon at Folsom High School, 1655 Iron Point Road.The festival is a family-friendly carnival focusing on celebrating the Halloween season in a safe and fun environment. Games for all ages will be available along with food and candy.Parents and children of all ages are encouraged to wear costumes.n On Monday from 5 to 9 p.m., children are invited to Folsom Premium Outlets, at the corner of Iron Point Road and Folsom Boulevard, to trick or treat and compete in a costume contest.Registration for the costume contest will begin at 5 p.m. Judging will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. off the Main Drive near Factory Brand Shoes & Hush Puppies, weather permitting. Costumes will be judged in various categories.
